We need to have people in place in several positions. We are designing the shifts to be one-hour in length and aligned with the clinic schedule, so that volunteers can participate in many clinics and other activities during the day. Please consider volunteering for at least one shift.

The main areas where we will need help are at the registration desk,  the display room for raffle ticket sales as well as monitoring of the prizes and displayed items, and as clinic room hosts, for room prep and introducing the clinicians. We need to have enough volunteers to have two people at the display room, two at the registration desk during the morning, and one for each of the two clinic rooms. We are also looking at having an additional member volunteering as a troubleshooter/vendor coordinator to help with any issues that may come up.

We hope to be flexible and give you the option of changing your assigned time once the clinic schedule is finalized, so if you have a clinic you really want to see, you can participate.
